I dug out my ChipMax Device Programmer, which I replaced a few years ago with a USB Xeltek programmer. I thought I had an issue with it not powering up, but I booted up a Windows machine, plugged it in and programmed a 2732A without any problems at all. It plugs into a parallel port and includes Windows-based software.
